Individual counselling extends to children as young as seven to adolescents and adults. Individuals can choose short-term or long-term therapy. Structured sessions help with various issues ranging from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and suicidal thoughts to stress management, personal growth, life transitions, self-esteem issues, workplace wellness, career concerns, study skills, or bullying.
